This place is way too good to be so far away from my house. We stopped in after a holiday snowmobiling trip. I couldn't believe the love that went into all the food. The menu has lots of classic options with creative twists. Toasters at each table. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served here. I already want to go back. Chimney Rock is the best. Jessica is an excellent hostess. She greets us by name as we walk in the door. She makes us feel so welcome and she even remembers what we ordered to drink the last time we were there. William is an amazing chef. Everything we have ever ordered has been prepared to order and cooked to perfection. It is truly a treat for us to go out to dinner at Chimney Rock.
AMAZING chef!! Stellar service. We got to try the Southern weekly menu options and everyone's food was fabulous! Enjoyed the cajun shrimp and big fat delicious scallops... then the turtle cheesecake. Was SO impressed. Best food and dining experience I've ever had up at Priest Lake 💛 Excited to go back for more weekly surprises!
