The Crossing at Willow Bay Idaho

This marina is one of the best kept secrets of North Idaho. Amazing facility and staff (although they are having challenges hiring because of the somewhat out of the way location). The staff is wonderful and doing the best they can given how busy they are. This is also a satellite location for the Fun Unlimited Boat Club. So go up and enjoy one of North Idahos best kept secrets. My favorite spot to enjoy a tranquil beer at the amazing waterside setting.

We were greatful to get a spot as our vacation plans had a last minute change. The employees are friendly and the grounds are keep tidy. However, the week we stayed at Willow Bay, the restroom and showers were not cleaned the entire week. There was a clump of hair in each of the women’s showers that was there all week, along with a bar of soap, also the floors were littered with debris. My son and husband told me the men’s restroom/showers were in the same condition.Therefore they get 3 stars, for as much boat and general traffic as they get, the restrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned daily. Ms. Anna, Paige Travis and the other grounds keeper are fantastic. We ate at the restaurant with friends that came up to visit and Samatha was a little stressed about being short handed and it showed.

Great service, friendly staff and fabulous food! We love the Fat Bass and Willow Bay Resort! So much fun to sit by the water and watch the boats come and go. Church on the water is great also. Thank you Billy and Staff

Getting way too many spam calls from this place. Why?

The new manager of this campground and restaurant/ bar is very rude. Stef is her bame. She was very rude to myself,my daughter and her friend, as well as our friends camping with us. She immediately made us feel unwelcome and after ignoring me at the bar, and taking someone elses order after id been waiting, I walked out. She came to find me on the beach 20 minutes later with the virgin daquiris I tried to order for my daughter and her friend because she refused to make them an Italian soda. (After I told her we ordered them last summer) At that point I had already gotten them an ice cream out of the cooler Because I didn't think she was making the daquiris. i had to flag down a waitress to pay for it. She was upset that I didn't want the daquiris anymore and stormed away. She was halfway back to the bar and turned around and yelled so everyone could hear her: DID YOU PAY FOR THE ICE CREAM!????

Extremely slow !!! Had to wait almost two hours and still hadn't started cooking our order. Will not go back.

My favorite place. Stunning views, great food, great Barr, wonderful wonderful crew that works there.
