I just came from the Rexburg Arbys. Saturday August 18th 3:30 pm. I ordered a big-sized Arbys sandwich and was charged for a big-sized sandwich but I was given the smaller size. When I took it up to the counter to ask about it, there was no one there. I admit that I only waited for about 30 seconds but no one came to the counter.
