I eat at costa on a regular basis. Enough that some employees know my order (😬). These guys always go above and beyond for us and they have great food as well!
When we arrived there was a little frustration there was a mix up with our order but I wanted to give Brayden W a shout out because he stepped it up and helped us resolves our issues. He went above and beyond to help us resolve our order correctly and was very pleasant to work with. He demonstrated exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work Brayden
The food was excellent, but the restaurant was very crowded. A customer in front of me took a long time to order, which made things even busier.

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is one of the favorite places to eat in Rexburg. The manager is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, always coming out fresh, fast, and well made. The team really cares about the guest experience. The shift manager is amazing and takes very good care of customers. The manager always comes out and says hi, making guests feel at home. The food is delish and the workers are always so nice when making the food. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The sweet pork Quesadilla is a favorite. The quality is 10/10 and online orders have never been wrong. The food and service are always the best.
