“There still is hope for humanity. As lyndie ( my 7yo daughters) realized that her new color ring was missing tonight, we back tracked to Freddy's. When Brook Johns ( my wife) begged to go through the garbage to try to find it, the manager wouldn't let her, rather he insisted he do it. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't found so we turned around and headed home again. About 15 minutes later the same manager called to say they found it in another garbage can in the bathroom. Alligator tears turned to tears of joy. Going above and beyond for a7 year old is priceless and so amazing to be a part of. Thank you Freddy's in rexburg for saving the night for us all!!“

“We had certain gluten and dairy -free requirements and they exceeded expectations and assisting with this. However, we should have requested a tomato with the hamburger. Patty It was a little sad by itself. Our fault though, not Wendy's. They were great!“

“This is a great location with good service and the food came out hot and fresh.
Sometimes Arby's can be hit or miss with how their fries come out and this one dosent miss.
The food comes out hot and they are accurate with their delivery which makes it easier when you are trying to manage a car full of crazy kids.“

“There was an issue with my order, and Dylan handled it quickly and efficiently without any frustration. He was very adaptive and made sure everything was corrected exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely makes you feel taken care of, but Dylan definitely did that. Overall, he made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help.“

“We hadn’t tried this place because it’s in the gas station so we didn’t have high expectations but wow this place was FIRE ? the Krunch box with the chicken strips had huge portions (6 big pieces of chicken) and the chicken and everything was BOMB. Similar to a Cane’s chicken vibe. Honestly 10/10 and the lady who helped us was super nice as well.“

“We don’t eat here very often. It’s a treat for my grand kids. If we go, I get a fish filet. That’s my go to. I have to say though that, judging by the condition that my fish sandwiches are in when I open the container, making a fish filet must be a very difficult job. Usually, the cheese is totally hanging out of the bun and glued to the box. This time the cheese managed to stay in he bun but the fish was hanging out and almost all of the tartar sauce was in the box and not in the bun. Don’t know how much these workers make but I think they are over paid if they can’t make a sandwich and get the ingredients in the bun. Maybe more training is needed?….this is a bit tongue-in-cheek but you get my point.“

“That guy Jaren was a boss! I personally have always hated pizza and I went in to tell the Pizza Hut employees how awful their pizza is. Seeing that man in his Pizza Love hat made me see pizza in a whole new light. I spent over $300 because of his good vibes and sweet pies. I have now devoted my life as a Pizza Hut missionary, telling the world about this wonderful Italian flatbread. I hope to one day be as cool and inspirational as Jaren.“

“I have celiacs which makes eating out a challenge (to put it mildly). I have been to chipotle many times and have always appreciated the steps that they have taken to help me avoid cross contamination. I just have to rave about the extra care and steps they took today (4/25/2026 lunch time). As always they changed serving utensils and washed their hands but this time they even washed down the line, and thoroughly washed their hands (like you could have sang the alphabet) and were incredibly kind and took great care to make sure my dining experience would be safe and enjoyable- they even gave me a free drink!! This may sound over the top to most people—so please bear with me—as I shared my experience with my husband, I started to tear up!

“Pretty good for McDonald's! I do think it took a bit for them to get me in order when I came at midnight and there was like nobody there, and they also smeared some ketchup on the top of my hamburger bun, but it still tasted great for fast food. It's still decently fast, so four out of five stars.“
