My brother in law took me here for me and my wifes first visit from them. Blown away they had one here so close. You can tell the guy running the joint loves making good food for people; incredibly flavorful, generous portions for a good price, and the place is just comfortable and relaxing to be in. “The customer service was great. The one young lady we ordered from was very helpful. I marked the food down, because the meat-portion size reminded me of the lackluster Subway meat portions. I am used to having a lot of meat on my sandwiches, but there wasn't much meat on any of the three sandwiches we ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I didn't want meat, I would have gone somewhere else. I always go to Firehouse, because of the excess quantity of meat.“

“We stopped in tonight 7/3/25 about 6:45 p.m. and it was packed with people. The employees working couldn't have impressed us more! They were busy and on task and efficient and professional. It was truly impressive!

The only reason we didn't give the atmosphere 5 stars is simply because some of the customers with small children were letting the kids walk on the tables and run in and out of the parked cars - IT was maddening and scary to watch as we waited for our food. None of that was Scotty's responsibility, but because of these other customers, we chose to leave and eat our food in the car at a local park. OH - and the food was DELICIOUS!!“

Forgot half the order they were slammed but they made it right mistakes happen just always disappointing when you don’t get what you pay for the made it right. They apologized gave a little extra for the inconvenience they made the mistake right. However they where three of us the last one grabbed a kids meal so they turned the coupon on the bag for an ice cream after waiting over an hour (this time wasn’t busy we had got take out before dined in this time) we had stuff to do and just asked for the coupon back 1 hour for ice cream doesn’t cut when you do construction or ag work as the season doesn’t permit much free time“

“I got the new angus cheesesteak and while it was good in flavor, had a good amount of meat and onions it was just too soggy. My bread was all wet and falling apart. I’m not sure if that’s just how it’s supposed to be made or not but wasn’t a fan of that but nonetheless the flavor was good.“

Every time we have come by, there is always someone to greet and welcome us in. The employees are very friendly especially Issac who as soon as I came in greeted me with a smile. The moment I walked in, the positive vibes were contagious! The staff was joking around and having a great time. They quickly apologized for the mistake and, to my surprise, offered me a FREE caramel frappe. Talk about turning a small mishap into a delightful experience!
