“Holy smokes it was packed. We got there to find the drive through line really long, and I didn't think much of it until we got inside and I was shocked at how many people were there. It was during school break, though it was a Tuesday around 3 in the afternoon. The food was great, and the staff were working as efficiently and quickly as they could with so many people. I don't think I'll pick here again next time if it's quite as crowded as it was overwhelming and loud. Otherwise an amazing experience.“
“Went through the drive through about 2:10pm today. Some of the best fast food customer service and best fast food I've had in a long time, first time ever eating Culver's and this location sure made it the best experience, the lady taking the orders through drive through was awesome and very kind while taking my order even when I interrupted her doing her job! What made it better was my food was HOT, HOT!! They were decently busy, but even though I had to pull forward to wait for my food it was out in under 5 minutes after paying! Definitely will be stopping in more often.“

“I've only ever had Firehouse Subs once back in 2019 and was not too impressed but it wasn't here in Idaho Falls! So, I came in with very low expectations and left as an obvious returning customer! We got the *most DELICIOUS* Pork&Slaw Sandwich and the Chicken Parmesan Sub with their 5 cheese macncheese and a cup of chili. Everything was so tasty, the employees were all really nice and the atmoshere was nice & clean!We loved the Pork&Slaw Sandwich so much that we ordered another one To-Go for a late night snack!
