I had a really great experience with Pizza Hut today I ended up getting the wrong food but I felt like Kelly really went out of her way to make it right and in the end I got everything I needed thanks Kelly
Shawn provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly cares about taking care of customers, and Shawn deserves recognition for that. We really appreciated him and will definitely be back!
