I ordered off the digital menu, which took longer than I liked. Food was good and the fries were extra crispy!
It's a typical Wendy's. Went to drive thru.
There was an issue with my order, and Dylan handled it quickly and efficiently without any frustration. He was very adaptive and made sure everything was corrected exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely makes you feel taken care of, but Dylan definitely did that. Overall, he made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help.
