McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers classic menu items like McMidnight. Located on the South end of town on University and Yellowstone in Rexburg, this location is known for its good food and fast service. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, with standout employees like manager Leland, who is praised for his exceptional public relations skills. Some customers have experienced long wait times and issues with food preparation in the past, but recent reviews highlight a commitment to good service. Even when there were mix-ups with orders, managers like Kendall went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, offering to remake orders fresh and providing refunds when necessary. Despite some inconsistencies, McDonald's remains a reliable option for a quick bite, especially at this location, which is noted for its cleanliness and friendly atmosphere.
