Complaint about the policy of not being able to place more than one order per car. It does not speed up your process. The same amount of time is being spent on both orders. It actually took longer because our order was messed up in many ways and I had to spend more time in the drive through. The first mobile order we picked up, we were given the wrong order. When we came around a second time to get the proper food and place a second order, the McChicken and ranch were missing in the mobile order. We ordered large fries and given the amount of a medium. Food was good and customer service was nice. This policy causes more problems than “speeds up your service”.

I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times when I am traveling. The restaurant is nice and seems to always have a pretty good atmosphere. I was in a hurry coming through and needed to grab something to eat really quick. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, mayonnaise, and American cheese as add-ons. Because I was in a hurry, I opted for curbside pick up and the service was fast. Usually, I check my order, especially at a fast food restaurant, but today I needed to move quickly. I took a couple bites of my sandwich and the chicken was , dry, cold and overcooked. There was one tiny squirt of mayonnaise and no cheese. They did add the extra pickles, which was nice, but I was very disappointed in the quality. Moral of the story, don’t stop there if you were in a hurry.

This place is a good location for a McDonald's. Even when it is super late at night, the crew is always working hard. I have many fond memories of going there late at night with friends, and I'm always impressed with how the crew conducts themselves.Parking: Lots of spots, usually more limited during busy hours. You can park on the grass nearby if needed.Kid-friendliness: Very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this location over the other Rexburg location.

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a McDonald’s at 5 stars. But I’ll tell you an absolutely phenomenal experience. Shannon was working at the register and running orders to cars in the parking lot. We were met by a warm greeting in the parking lot by Shannon on our way in. She delivers our food to our table and was extremely friendly. Food was hot including the fries. (Boy were the fries good! Arguably the best fries around right out of the fryer). Manager touched the table to check in on us as well. Just a great experience. Thank you!

We brought 34 hungry boys at 10:15 pm to eat before going to the hotel. We did give them advanced notice out of common courtesy for the staff. They did an absolute perfect job. Manager and staff were very accommodating.
