Isaiah is an excellent sandwich artist. He did so well, that it was clear he cares about his customers. I was watching him make the sandwiches for the folks in front of me, and I could tell he was making them as if they were for his own family. Even though the Subway was short staffed (he was alone), he put in great effort for everything, didn't miss a beat, and kept a good attitude. This was a pleasant experience, exceeding expectations.
