I did have an issue with the wait, but once I talked to Cyndel (who is the supervisor), I was able to understand that it wasn't their fault. They were going through a rush, and I can understand being overwhelmed. I would recommend this place!!
I come here far too often (the employees know my usual order), but it's a great place to get an ice cream cone while you're shopping or on your way somewhere. I would recommend going inside to order. I've found the drive thru to be slow. ?♀️ I always get a small cone, which is $2.32. Located on the north side of Broulims.
The drive through has some structurally difficult issues, but outside of that the employees are always friendly and pay attention to detail. I've never had to go back in for an incorrect order or missing sauces. I went in to buy an ice cream cake for a birthday spur of the moment, they went out of their way to personalize it and make it special.
