I will be frank. First time there..a little rocky. But seriously? Who expects perfection with a brand new staff?)) and a young staff at that. Went again tonight and it was fantastic. Amazing salad and wings. My daughter had pizza and breadsticks and loved it. I applaud Lucy’s for giving these young kids a chance at having jobs. Keep up the great work

Every time I've come here the pizza has been yummy. My favorite is the Pizzle. Bonus points for having great home made ranch.

Lucy's New York Style Pizza offers great pizza with quality toppings, cheese, and a tasty crust. The calzones are good but a little flat, with good ingredients. Costs are a little more than the usual chain store pizza, but it is worth it. Good service is a highlight, with customer service described as top-notch. The pizza is delicious, and the quality is dependable, making it a true staple for the family. For events, pizza arrived on time throughout the night, was hot, and a large order was delivered as ordered. Everything was on file, so everything worked out seamlessly. Heat bags were left to keep the pizzas hot, which was very helpful.
The server was super friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior design are beautifully done. The pizza is so delicious. There are tables that kiddos can draw on with dry erase markers, and a kids show on one of the televisions. Food can be very fast, and staff are very friendly and concerned about the order. Even when staff were a little flustered at the end of a rush, they were still very kind and made up for any mistakes quickly. The food was absolutely delicious, including the 18 inch margarita pizza and the half caprese salad. The environment has a modern, yet homey vibe. Servers knew and loved their regulars and were committed to making new customers into their regulars. Overall, this place is highly recommended.
