I don’t even know where to begin… put in an online order for the family at 6:40pm. App said 20 minutes which is fine, got there at 7:10pm. Not a single person in the drive through or in the lobby, 3 employees total, 2 of them are on the back eating cookies and laughing. They asked me if I was in for an online order and I said yes and she said that they would get working on it, I asked if they had started it and I was told that they hadn’t started it, which is fine not a problem. 2 more customers walked in while I was waiting in my car and they walked out after about 30 minutes with there sandwiches, so I walked in thinking mine would be done as well sure enough they had started it but only got 2 sandwiches done, another 20 minutes later I get my food and head home. Not only did they get every single sandwich wrong, none of the meat was warm and they look like they had just gone through a WWE wrestling match with the rock and lost miserably, I gotta say pretty sad that a $60 order that I wouldn’t have paid $10 for in a normal place, probably the worst I’ve had from this place

They should work on their communication skills. Try not leaving long periods of silence in-between. He wouldn't respond or if he did it took 2 min.

Terrible service!! Went thought the drive threw for one there speaker system sucks, two there service was terrible we sat there for 15mins for one sandwich and a pretzel, after 10mins of waiting we opened the drive thought window and asked what was taking so long and the employees just laughed and said it will be right out as half of them were just standing around. Finally 5mins later so total of 15mins we had our sandwich and pretzel. Which there pretzels are dry and then they didn’t even give us sauce for the pretzel.

I tried the delivery option because I live out side of rigby and I dont have time to go into town for lunch. I didn't expect to wait for 1 hour and 30mins for some to deliver my sandwich.

I came in today to place an order in the store and waited in line, as I was waiting I could not believe the way the employees talk to each other in such a rude way its unbelievable. I ordered my food and asked for a churro at the end and I got a lot of attitude from the lady making my order, after she made it she threw it on the counter and said there you go.. every rude and unnecessary.

Horrible customer service and long wait time. I stopped for a late lunch and there were 2 cars at the drive-thru but nobody inside. There were quite a few employees and all by the drive-thru window. Wasn't greeted when I went in and most of the employees were annoyed, I stood there waiting for a couple of minutes. Finally a gal walks over and then tells another employee that she is leaving. Wait, so she couldn't say that she is off but if I give them another min or so then someone would be with me soon?! I just said me too and walked out. Didn't want to go to another town just to get Subway so I ordered through the app since the employees only care about online orders and the drive thru. Had gone through the drive-thru to pick our food up and the young guy at the window was frustrated/annoyed and said someone would be with us soon, I guess he didn't like how I didn't stop at the speaker but I don't know. A different employee got our food and she wasn't too thrilled either. The customer service is hit & miss but today is by far the worst experience I've had.

I haven't ate at Subway for years & I was just reminded today of why. There was one car in front of me in the drive thru & it still took me a good 10-15 min to get my one steak and cheese sandwich that I ended up throwing most of it away because it was so gross. Blocks of mozzarella cheese on the sandwich, not even melted into the lukewarm steak & the 6 inch sandwich cost over $7. Trust me, Firehouse subs don't disappoint, too bad there's not one in Rigby, it wouldn't be hard to put Subway out of business.

My wife and I were there today around 11:15 AM. We were the only ones in line when we started. The owner made our sandwiches and pushed them toward the register. She proceeded to make 2 more sandwiches while we were waiting to check out. She told us there were only 2 people working. She then started to make more sandwiches while we were waiting to pay. My wife finally told her we needed to go. The lady ripped her gloves off and checked us out but she was not happy.This is not the first time we have had this happen. They need to hire some more people or stop with the online order stuff. 2 people cannot handle a restaurant during lunch hours.
