I tried the delivery option because I live out side of rigby and I dont have time to go into town for lunch. I didn't expect to wait for 1 hour and 30mins for some to deliver my sandwich.

I came in today to place an order in the store and waited in line, as I was waiting I could not believe the way the employees talk to each other in such a rude way its unbelievable. I ordered my food and asked for a churro at the end and I got a lot of attitude from the lady making my order, after she made it she threw it on the counter and said there you go.. every rude and unnecessary.

Horrible customer service and long wait time. I stopped for a late lunch and there were 2 cars at the drive-thru but nobody inside. There were quite a few employees and all by the drive-thru window. Wasn't greeted when I went in and most of the employees were annoyed, I stood there waiting for a couple of minutes. Finally a gal walks over and then tells another employee that she is leaving.
