“I want to start by recognizing the two women working during my visit — they did a phenomenal job. They were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about providing good service. The food itself was also excellent; everything tasted fresh and was prepared well.

However, I do feel the owner should be aware of an issue with the young man working during my visit. His service was extremely slow, and his behavior made both my wife and me uncomfortable. He repeatedly stared at my wife in a way that felt inappropriate, and he did not seem attentive to either of our requests while making our sandwiches.

When we asked for specific toppings, including onions, peppers, and spinach, he was very skimpy even after we politely asked if he could add a little more. There also seemed to be a communication issue — he asked if I wanted ranch on my sandwich when I had never mentioned ranch and had only requested toppings that were completely different. It left us questioning whether he was paying attention or fully focused on the task.

I want to be clear that the food quality was great, and the two female employees were excellent. My concern is specifically about this employee’s behavior and level of attentiveness. I hope the owner takes the time to check in and make sure everything is okay, because the rest of the team appears to be doing a great job.“
