We have tried this DQ 4 times. So far, they are 0 for 4. The final straw, we got home and there was NO fry sauce. They said, you have to ASK for FRY SAUCE! Who does that! Around this area? NO ONE! The fries were limp and barely warm. (We live about 5 minutes away.) Have not had a good experience here ever. Lesson learned. (2 stars because the blizzard was ok.)

Good place to get food and offers a great prices compared to the Burley store. They are more reasonable here. The Burley store charges 8 bucks just for a puppy patty. Best ice cream in a fast food restaurant.

I had an extremely bad experience, I ordered food, went home and turned back around my food was cold as ice. I go back to re-order cuz I paid 25$ for my food, the manager was very unprofessional about my order asking if I ate the food I clearly did not, my fries were old, Karina was the cashier and got my order wrong and my name wrong 3 times, I received my re-order while waiting the manager takes mt receipt and says “we’ll is says here bbq sauce dip not sauce and tossed” I told the cashier sauce and tossed and she still managed to get it wrong, in retaliation the manager gave me less hot fries, gave me 1 piece of piece of toast instead of 2, and gave me cold fries all over again! And my burgers weren’t re-done. I’ll never go here again. And will also tell others to never eat here unless they want to be discriminated against or disrespected, I came here to order hot food! Not leftovers. Very unprofessional of the manager and Karina Martinez especially while in a food rush and I came back 2X just for them to retaliate against me for the food. Gave me cold food 2X I’m never spending another 1$ at this place ever.

I went to get a blizzard, that was all. There was 1 car in front of me, no more, no less.. I waited 20 minutes and then the blizzard i ordered was supposed to be a Java "coffee" one that i have ordered in times past. I instead got a vanilla blizzard with about 3 chocolate chips in it for some reason. I didn't even talk to the people and or show frustration, so it wasn't like they were "getting back at me" like what the heck is going on in there

My daughter put in an order on the app, it was all stuff outra the fryer. A steip basket, a strip sandwich, and a pretzel. I went to pick it up and watched them put her basket in a bag. Then waited 30 minutes while they cooked 30 burgers for an order, and served everyone who came in after me as well. When I asked what they could be waiting for, I was told that they have a big order. I replied ok? Why then have you helped everyone who came in after me? I have worked in food service most of my life, and they were very unprofessional.

We normally like eating here, but tonight the kids at the drive through dropped the ball. We ordered and paid for a 6pc chicken strip and only recieved a 3pc. There was also a hair in the gravy.... I know there isnt much they can do after a specific time and we didnt get home to check until 10 min later. I would normally just call the manager and let them know what happened instead of posting about it. However, their phone number is off and doesn't have voicemail.

Don’t even try to get ice cream on a Friday night. We were in line 10 minutes before 10. Waited just to be told when we got to the ordering window. We are closed!! This has happened twice now. No more DQ. Straight to Burgers etc for us!!
