I really don’t love leaving reviews but after today’s experience I hope maybe this can help be a learning curve. I typically order lotus and get surprise flavors because I love to try all the different concoctions that baristas have. The only flavor I cannot stand is coconut so I always let them know this. Today I received my lotus and while at the window I tasted it and there was coconut in it. I always feel so awkward saying something but I asked if it had coconut in it because I can taste it. I had someone else try the drink too for them to confirm and they also tasted the coconut. The barista told me she did not put coconut in it and she proceeded to tell me it’s vanilla that she put in. Obviously accidents happen and it felt very awkward when she told me she would remake it but I felt like she was not taking any responsibility for the possibility of mixing up the coconut and vanilla. I decided to just keep the drink and move on. I went to another shop to get a new lotus after this. I went to trade out the straws since I like the skinny straws and when I pulled the straws out there was a hair wrapped around them from the bottom of the drink. I also took a picture of this. I would also like to note that while I’m all for baristas having a good time and chatting maybe there is a time and place to talk about things while customers are not at the window. We don’t need to hear someone in the back talking about how a guy told her she has a really big ass. I most likely will not be a customer at Jitterz anymore considering how there are many other great shops to support. I hope these things are taken into consideration for future customers.

I love jitterz coffee! Just be careful when ordering sugar free. Im diabetic and have gotten regular sugar drinks instead of sf multiple times. I also wish there was a daily special for sf drinks ;)

Best place EVER! I frequent several of their locations and have never been disappointed! They provide a positive crew with consistently good drinks! While I was recovering from throat cancer the team at Jitters provided protein shakes that were always amazing! I would 100% recommend them to everyone!!!
