What an absolutely amazing surprise! My family and I went in for a quick bite to eat and was welcomed in with a warm smile and an inviting atmosphere! Francisco knows how to bring the best flavors out in his cooking! He brings the authentic flare of his heritage into his cooking, with flavors that are second to none! We will definitely be back!!
Absolutely recommend!! We drove a hour and a half to the lake. when we arrived, we spotted bear lake munchies, we went inside and were greeted by the owner Francisco, this dude is amazingly talented. This is a VERY underrated restaurant. He was kind, talkative, friendly and passionate about his food. So if you want a really, really good Caribbean experience, or just something awesome you don't eat every day I strongly recommend bear lake munchies! We'll absolutely be back soon!...read full review
Chicken Quesadilla and shredded chicken sandwich “ Dominican Chimi” are not bland, and are spiced very nicely and uniquely! Nice touch to enjoy fried plantains and grilled pineapple with cinnamon. Yum!
