Cabin City Q is a popular spot, known for its exceptional brisket, which many have declared the best they've ever had. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, with a clean environment and a convenient location. While the food quality has slightly declined over the years, the salad bar remains a highlight, making it worth a visit.
