Good food with a small town vibe. I could see they were short staffed, so it took a while to order, and get food. But a guy came in to help and made things quicker, thanks for coming in on your day off to help out. The waitress was great, just really busy with the amount of people that were there. Would recommend stopping in, had the fish and shrimp, was very pleased with it.
My sis and I went in on 11-20-25 at 3 p.m. We were there to visit our folks as we live in Butte, Montana. I had heard a lot about Bertram's from family members who love it, but hadn't had a chance to go there until yesterday. The moment we walked in, the cheery gal welcomed us. We sat, and she could see that I was cold, so moved us over, away from the floor vent, which was cool air. She was cheerful, attentive, helpful, and seemed like she was happy to be there. She...
Very noisy, had a couple of large groups. Food was ok, wait staff a bit overwhelmed. Cold appetizers, served at same time as dinner. They removed the cost of the appetizers. Average pricing.
