Passing through the area on a trip, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a burger, kids meal, and milk shake. Had orders going out before us that ordered after us. Several customers there, and one said that the evenings are always slow. The manager on shift and her crew need to be properly trained. Nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing as the manager kept barking orders and telling to work faster. Came to a point of asking for a refund, when finally they called our order number. Food was ok. Definitely not worth the wait time for mediocre food.

Don't bother to stop here - this BK is worse than gas station sushi on discount. Slow and incompetent service, never enough staff, and less than hygienic food prep. I'm not sure how this place passes inspection... except it's in Idaho.

I went in and the man behind the counter was laying all over it on his cell phone. He did not even glance up or acknowledge me. After standing there for about 2 minutes I just said okay and turned to walk away and he was like yeah can I help you without even looking up from his phone. Found out he was the assistant manager on duty.

Probably the worst burger king I've had yet. The fries are always reheated in the fryer and are hard and crunchy when you pay a bunch for fries and the woman Donay who was managing this place is in my opinion an unscrupulous manager and have overheard heard saying very rude things about other on site management and customers having visited this location many times over the last 18 or so years. The other lady Kristy is both professional and courteous and addresses manners respectfully and I would only go back because of her.

We were in the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes, after which they told us they couldn't help us because they had a full lobby. We were in the drive thru before the lobby was full. Horrible service.
