I went through the drive thru and before I pulled away I checked my fries for temp and that my burger was correct. The fries were room temp. I went in and the older woman at the counter told Dori they were cold. Dori dropped 2 fresh basket of fries and the drive thru guy threw away all the fries in the warmer. Getting cold fries to start was not ideal, but I figured maybe their warmer is out and they just haven't noticed. They were great about it when I let them know and...
