We were told by the locals that this was the spot and we were not disappointed! We ended up eating here twice! Got pastries and coffee for breakfast and sandwiches doe lunch! Absolutely loved my muffeletta!
One of my vices is pastries, so imagine my surprise finding some of the best in Salmon, Idaho! Buttery, flaky croissants, fresh-baked breads, and smooth organic coffee—it’s honestly a dream. If you’re as obsessed with high-quality pastries as I am, this spot is a must. They definitely don’t skimp on ingredients. You can taste their passion for baking in every bite.
We’re on a road trip from San Francisco up to Glacier National Park. The croissant here is worth stopping for. Shatters when biting into, and the inside is perfectly flaky, buttery, and moist.
