Subway should have ZERO stars.This is the most disrespectful, rude fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Was insulted, called lazy for using the mobile order and then almost denied my food. After OFFERING A DUCKING TIP, they only then made the food. Jerome is the name of the person working, and his step son calling me the f word and n word. DONT GO THERE!

TERRIBLE STAFF!!!My son and I wanted to grab a quick sandwich and soup, TO-GO.We drove up at 6PM (they close at 9PM). The first thing we noticed was that ALL the chairs were upside down on the tables. There was one employee moping (in the space adjacent to the primary room where you order/sandwiches are made/ pay and pick up). We looked at each other and said,"They look closed! But, the door says they are open until 9PM."Their attempt to appear "Closed" didn't work. We went in.A man came around from the back and looked very perturbed that we were there. So, to clarify, I asked, "Are you open?"His response was mumbled and unclear..So, I asked again, "You are open, correct? Your sign says you're open until 9PM."Again, without blatantly saying they were closed EVERY eye roll, facial expression and word spoken under his breath was him attempting to say they were closed, without saying it.So, I said to him, "It's very obvious the last thing you want to do is serve us a sandwich. So, we will go somewhere else. "Only then did he start a slight back peddle as he started to put one glove halfway on.. while saying, "I am trying to put my gloves on.Starting to reassess the situation. And really wanting a dang sandwich, we start to step back to the counter. Only then to be not once but twice. MeanFaced, glared at, and spoken to (under his breath) by yet another employee.At this point, it was EXTREMELY OBVIOUS that we were NOT WELCOMED there!!My son, at this point, was already halfway out the door. I told the man behind the counter, "You and that man have made it Very Clear that you don't want us here and you have no intention of providing us with service. "My son and I were so irritated by this!! Just Frickin NASTY EMPLOYEES!While sitting in our car trying to figure out where to go get food, we watched a pickup, with 2 men (probably 60'ish in age) pull up to the store. We watched them go through the same. "Are they opened?" Conversation with each other, while being glared at by the employee's. So, they drove off.Then, a suburban pulled up.. two 12'ish year old kids jumped out and headed into the store. Bless those kids for not allowing the men behind the counter to influence them.So, by the time the adult that was with them made his way into the store, the kids were already "trying" to order..We continued to watch to see what was going to happen when the, I assume Dad walked in.As the dad walked into the store, you could see him stop dead in his tracks. He started looking around at the chairs on the table.. and then there was some interaction between he and the employee.. we drove off at this point. So, I'm uncertain how it turned out.*Note to the owner of this location... Your evening staff, on Wednesday Nov 8th, 2 specific ones SUCK!! And, in a matter of less than 10 minutes, lost you at least 4 customers. *

Ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT and ended up with two Spicy Italians. Called to inform them on this situation and they didn’t seem to care at all to fix the situation the guy with the longer black hair was kinda being rude about it. Jerome then talked to me and he is super nice. For now on I will only order when Jerome or Jesse is working.

The service here is garbage. A little back story, due to religious reasons my family does not eat pork. I was ordering a meatball sub for my daughter and the employee recommended the "Boss number 6" I politely declined because I knew the boss had pepperoni (pork). We move on to the cheese selection and my daughter said she wanted mozzarella. The employee said "you're ordering the boss so I'm going to make it like that." I again politely declined and I informed him at this point we don't eat pork and that is why we are ordering it as a meatball and not the boss. At that point he rolled his eyes and shook his head. Absolutely terrible service. I just wanted a pork free sandwich and I don't feel I should have to defend myself.

This place was not good. Server tried to tell us sweet onion teriyaki was a new sandwich and they were out of it. What??!! It's been around for years. Meat was not fresh sliced, banana peppers tastes bad. Will not go there

Been here before while driving though never had an issue. But today had a very rude lady, not sure what we did to offend her (walk in maybe?). Everything was an inconvenience to her it seemed. Gave my brother a samwich that had barely anything on it, when he was trying to get more on it she acted like he was taking forever (literally just walked up to the next section) and yelled to the people that just walked in the she would be with them. He ended up just going with what was on it to get out of there. Was going to dine in but atmosphere was so toxic. Guy was nice and helpful, wish we had him instead.
