The Night Owl (formerly the Owl Club) is an absolute gem of a find, a testament to timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. The centerpiece, a beautifully custom-built wooden bar, is a true work of art, an ode to an era when attention to detail was paramount.But it's not just the 1930's bar that captivates; the vintage tin ceiling panels above add an extra layer of charm and history.And then there's Dylan, the owner, who embodies the essence of The Night Owl. Charming and charismatic, as a mixologist he's a magician/chef; conjuring cocktail creations expertly crafted - and I sampled more than one :)After a day in nature or time on the road, if you're looking for a sanctuary of relaxation, the Night Owl is your destination.

The Night Owl is by far my favorite spot in Salmon. I spent a week here and would stop by each night. The staff is awesome and the building is very unique. I'll be sure to hang out here next time I'm passing through.

Come visit. Open Wednesdays 11-7. Bartender is a gem of a human, she's got all the local info. Cheap drinks also! Unfortunately no beers on tap right now but they have a good selection and very reasonable prices. Sick tees too. Someone buy it so I can stay in the club.
