Gave them 3 shots before i stopped coming. if they don't recognize you as a regular don't expect to be served as you came in. on 3 different occasions I watched as tables sat down after me got menus drinks and put their order in and some even got their food before anyone even approached us. twice we walked out after finally getting coffee and forgetting to get our order and once we left after 15 minutes of absolutely no service and watching everyone else served ahead of us. No thanks. the only good part about this place is Jen and that's the only time I get served is if she's there.

Cool little local cafe.Service was very slow. They warn you it'll take a while, but even with that heads up it seemed like an extremely long wait.Food was good, my French toast was excellent, but of our 4 orders, 2 came out cold like they had been sitting while everything else was prepared. Country potatoes were excellent; some soft, some crispy, some peppers.I'd give them a shot if I'm in Salmon again, but maybe with a smaller group, or a set they aren't so busy.

Small mom n' pop diner in downtown Salmon. Food was served fresh and hot. The serving size was substantial. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pricing is average to most places. There's no parking but on the streets, so prepare accordingly. My only complaint is the seating. It had seen its fair share of use over the decades and made me feel like it was sinking down to the floor.

Amazing food. The chicken fried steak and gravy was the best! Super crispy crunchy and creamy gravy. The sirloin steak was also seasoned and cooked perfectly. Definitely planning to eat here again.
Visiting Salmon from out of state, my hotel recommended Wally's Cafe for breakfast. My favorite place to seat is often "the counter" (observing all the action). Excellent service! Nice people to visit with and Mama's Breakfast Pot Pie is an "over the top" awesome treat - excellent flaky crust and tasty ingredients.

I don't know if I've had a better experience in any of the restaurants I've ever been in even including five star restaurants in Las Vegas. The staff was incredible friendly, and a delight. Your drinks were always kept full, The coffee was always warm and conversation was impeccable It was an experience that I will cherish for years to come. Oh and the food was incredible!

Was just here. Walked in, the waitress pointed to a table indicating it would be ours, said she would have it cleared for us and then a man who also works there cleared the table off and gave it to some other people. We walked out and went to Buddy's. Much better service and food.

And let's talk about the fact that they brought out 1/2 the food for the table and then the other people in our group they had to Waite for 45 min , by the time.
