the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers...
Messed up my order, however I understand because of how busy they were. Manager quickly fixed the problem, owner was in and seems like a very nice man. Staff was cordial and apologized multiple times. Food seems to have gotten much better since the last time I ate at this location. Will be back again.
