Walked in, went straight to the register where the employee directed me to the paper drink menu and food menu, the menus were pretty used and looked like they had been crumpled and flattened back out..lol but other than that there was a great selection of food, it was a very hard choice! We've been traveling for weeks. This was the best food yet. The potato wedges were big spirals. The Horacha Chicken Salad was refreshing. The burgers legit and the Buffalo cauliflower looked so good but our tummies ran out of room. The beer was delicious. My fav was the Belgium, the Kolsch was a great go to, and the coconut was a surprising must. Oh and the patio was AMAZING. This place is a must stop!
Not gonna lie, Matchwood was part of why I decided to move to Sandpoint. In June 2022 I had a salmon burger that was so good that my husband was able to convince me to move to North Idaho. The rest is history. The atmosphere, the friendly staff, the delicious food, and the amazing beer is just such a perfect fit for Sandpoint.
