Best customer service!!! I love all the Pick-me up locations but Shelley is my favorite ? location. I bought one of their new cups and the first week I had it my son broke the lid. The manager took the time to help me find a replacement lid. She absolutely went above and beyond!!! Thank you

Hit or miss… I can’t remember the last time they got my drink right. I mainly get sticky soda cups, wayyy too much ice, partially empty cups, and sad stuff like that… not a fanUpdate: I tried again for a soda and basically got a cup of ice… I stopped at the Rigby one to fix it! Quality and consistency are patchy

My kids are obsessed with Pick Me Up. They have a lot of flavors and always friendly and usually pretty quick. They have a loyalty program where you can earn free drinks, and a discount night. Their cookies are pretty good too. My only wish would be that they get more Zero flavors (Zero>diet).
