Food was good. Nothing special. But it was really good for the price.
The people there were amazing. They were beyond professional. My son spilled his drink and the gentleman cleaned it up and got him another drink and took the time to talk to him and show him kindness.
This was during a period of time when they had a lot of people there and somehow he was able to do this while still quickly taking care of customers.
My only complaint and the reason I gave atmosphere a 3 was there were flies buzzing around landing on me driving me nuts. Because of the open nature of the place, I dont know if anything could be done about them, but they were annoying.

I have been a fairly regular customer and today I came in thought I’d try something new. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and when I received it the sandwich was less then half filled and it was on half the sandwich when I went back in to ask about it I was told that is the serving size and nothing could be done. Even went as far as telling me I could buy more meat and cheese to add to my sandwich. Not pleased with the customer service or the product I paid for. Also wouldn’t get be me a refund though I hadnt touched the food

This isn't the cleanest of places, but it's a local burger and ice cream place. The burgers were decent; exactly what you're expecting them to taste like. The ice cream is soft serve. They have indoor and outdoor seating here. I'm not sure the last time the floors, seating, or tables were cleaned up. The bathroom was also pretty gross. The floor behind the counter was more gross than the floor on the seating area side of the restaurant, and we didn't see anyone wearing gloves while getting ice cream or ice out of their respective machines/coolers. This place was good in a pinch, but we probably wouldn't stop here again.
Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Hamburger

To the last commenter Tracy K, I was actually in there yesterday getting ice cream for my family, and remember you walking up and asking, he politely told you they normally don’t do that and your face became appalled like mad, when he told you he could add lettuce you started acting rude towards him and he said you are so rude, and in my opinion you were in the wrong you didn’t ask for something on your no bread order and got mad made me and my brother laugh at how ridiculous you were….

My wife ordered a lettuce wrap patty melt. All they served was a piece of hamburger with cheese on it. When she brought that to their attention which we had got one just a week ago, they said she got what she ordered and the gentleman with a ponytail was very rude. Normally, the kids that work here are very nice and pleasant. This person needs to be terminated.

Man.... If you are driving thru Shoshone, you gotta stop here! These are the very best Ice cream cones ANYWHERE! But be warned. The small is bigger than you think! This place rocks!
