Try the biscuit and gravy platter with hash browns and eggs. Super yummy and very reasonably priced apparently this is the oldest Cafe in the state of Idaho, built in the 1800s. It's on the side street in Shoshone Idaho across the tracks and about halfway up the block
The young lady who was working there was very polite and professional. We just had some pie and coffee but let me tell you, that pie was exceptional, possibly the best I've ever had.

A perfect small town cafe. The oldest cafe in Idaho, I believe. No frills, just delicious home-cooked food. Really nice servers, as well. Some interesting historical stuff on the walls as well as a little tiny corner giftshop.
