I ordered two burgers and received different burgers than the two I ordered. I said multiple times no drink with the burger but was still charged for a drink. No kids toy with the kids meal. No ranch that I requested with my chicken rings.

I wish I knew how to contact the manager directly... I had an awful experience. I can't even rate the food because we weren't served. It was my son's last night at home, before heading off to college- 1500 miles away. For his last meal, he wanted finger steaks. Artic circle is closest to us so we headed over to snag some food. We walked up to the counter and there were no staff in sight. After a few minutes we heard a huge commotion in the back - yelling, f-bombs, things slamming, I think something got thrown. Then through the food prep window, an order came slamming down. We waited a few more minutes and still didn't actually see anyone. Given the hostility and the treatment of the order, we actually opted to leave. It was really uncomfortable. We drove in to garden city and went to Big Bun instead.

It was our first time at Arctic Circle inside Ridley’s and it was delicious. Sawyer was amazing. Helped us understand the menu, answered questions, and had a great overall energy. I wanted to tip him, but said he couldn’t accept it. Then asked if I would be willing to post a Google review. This isn’t something I do very often, but I didn’t want to let Sawyer down. He was stellar. And the shake was spectacular! I highly recommend.

The staff is always super friendly, professional, and courteous. Your food takes a while, sure, but it's always fresh, hot, and delicious. As far as being fast food, it's somewhere in between fast and slow, but like I said, it's always worth the wait.

The manager in pink with blond hair was the best person ever, I can't eat gluten and she separated my food from my dads and removed my bun for me!! It's honestly rare for people to do that, and I wasn't going to get anything to not bother but she offered to make a burger into more of a salad and it sounded really good The girl she was training with long redish hair was super sweet too, overall just really good service and they really made me happy 💖

You don't need to wonder why there is never a line here at the drive-thru. The employees are the worst of the worst, I waited for an order tonight for 20 mins, and no one even addressed the long wait. I tried the halibut sandwich and the fish was hard as a rock. My wife ordered the taco salad and it was horrible. Bottom line is, you get what you get with fast food, but it can't get worse than this place.

I came in tonight to get a twist. Ethan is was cleaning everything. Making sure that all the equipment and surfaces are clean and sparkly. Super nice young man, very sweet. What a great worker. They all could have been standing around, staring at their phones or talking to each other. But Ethan and the others were all working hard. It’s so nice to see that these young people take pride in their work and company.
