Got a cold brew and a skinny vanilla latte. Two very simple drinks however our coffee was AWFUL. I’m not sure if it’s cheap beans or what the issue was but both coffee’s were so terrible we immediately threw them away. Do not recommend. There is a Starbucks next door.

I’m new to the Idaho area and I was thrilled that they have a beans and brews near me. I’ve been to this location twice now and both times the coffee I’ve gotten has been AWFUL! I’ve been going to beans and brews for the past 15 years and I am well a where that a tan iced mocha is a pre made drink they just add white chocolate to the premade mocha drink. I’ve been getting the same drink for YEARS! When I come here, they try and make their own version of a tan iced mocha. I had to tell them how their drink is supposed to be made! Absolutely ridiculous! So disappointed that my favorite Utah coffee shop is absolutely awful out here in Idaho! Someone please come and train your employees out here how to make your drinks right! You can even see the difference in the 2 drinks!

The gal that took my order was so sweet and fun. She helped me figure out my gift card balances and made sure my experience was memorable. Coffee is tasty and not expensive. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try new places.

I got breakfast here (the cranberry panini with a peppermint mocha) and it was delicious although it took a little time but staff was friendly and it was totally worth it!

This coffee shop tastes amazing and their employees are very kind, compassionate, and very fast, I ordered three drinks today and employee trey I hope I spelled his name right was so fast and efficient l, he even gave me a carrier tray before I had to ask he definitely makes the experience a 10/10.

Been going here since it opened a couple years ago..Great beverages and food with excellent service each time.Highly recommend.Am betting most complaints are people who had to wait to be served. They only have person working the majority of the time. If you don’t have the patience to wait before your turn, then maybe Idaho ain’t for you.

Super great service. The coffee shop manager is very pleasant and friendly. I enjoy grabbing a coffee and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and taking a moment to catch up on emails etc. Typically no wait time like some other coffee joints. Plus there is a hardware store!
This place used to be alright but this is the last time I’ll go there. Ordered several sandwiches, they took 20 minutes and they all came out like garbage. Normally the croissant is soft and moist but the croissants on all the sandwiches were extremely dry and hard. The ham in one of the sandwiches was cold. Would have been better off throwing my money in the trash, at least would have saved some time.

this morning i arrived at 850 to get a cup with some friends. there was a note on the counter that said we will be right back. there were 6 people in line. the employee was standing out the business on her phone with clearly no intention of helping anyone. this is unacceptable. 3 of the last 4 times i have been in the store there was the same sign on the counter.. thankfully there are other options for coffee in town..

I am from SLC UTAH just visiting here in Idaho. Was very happy to find a Beans and Brews here. The coffee was the same high quality and the service was excellent. I will be visiting here again before returning home after the holidays.
