Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place!!! My wife and kids got food from here in the drive through today. They ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos. It was basically a burrito with rice in it. And then they shorted us on the chips and salsa we paid for, and then didn’t put sauce on the enchilada…. I mean seriously for all the money you pay to eat here they got pretty much everything wrong. And to think they ask for a tip for service in a drive thru after all this too..? We won’t be back! ?

This location is horrible at getting online orders done on time. They don’t even start til you show up expecting it to be waiting. Makes me crazy!

Came to the drive thru at about 11:30 on Monday so you think the food would be fresh. my food was cold and tasted old by the time I got home which is only 10 minutes away. Service was really poor but I usually only care about the quality of the food

Not good ordered the chicken quesadilla and there was no chicken in it the side cups were maybe a quarter of the way full. Could have gotten better at Taco Bell sadly.

We love this location! We are regulars and eat here all of the time. This crew goes above and beyond each time to make each visit special. Thank you for all you do!

We have used the drive thru and online order’s for the Star location and somehow there are struggles either way. More times than not, the orders have been wrong, there are missing items, and never consistent. Tonight we ordered online and it took over an hour to get the food. Drove to pick up the order that wasn’t even in the making AND THEN sat in the restaurant for over 50 minutes waiting. Didn’t look like anyone was even working on orders. Promise time was 6:10. We live just a couple minutes away. We got home at 6:55….. Even though this place is convenient, we’ll be taking the long trip to anywhere else. Ridiculous.

Kid-friendliness: My kids think this is the greatest Mexican food ever. I would pick this place 100 out of 100 times over Chipotle or Moe’s Southwest Grill.

Waited over an hour today for an online order, absolutely ridiculous. Customer service was awful too, they didn’t apologize or make the situation right. All they said was they were short staffed. More than 10 cars in drive thru and people in line were served before me while I waited inside with a baby in the car. Do better.

Excellent service, clean, and an incredible drink station with tea, sodas, flavored syrups for your creations. The food is fresh and the variety is refreshing!

Every time I go into this place, they are friendly and patient as I order and deal with the app. I will go out of my way or pass by other Cafe Rio's just to come to Star where I know they are FUN to interact with and are pros at welcoming me every single time!
