Foods good. The kids that work there are nice…but bruh. You’ve never waited in a Drive through so long in your life. I’ve gone four or five times over 4 years and it’s always the same. I avoid going there it’s so painfully slow.

Best blizzards and flavors to pick from. Always accommodating when asking for extras with toppings or blizzard fillings. The food is pretty good for fast food. Definitely more to it than most! But, I don't eat a lot of fast food, so I can't speak to much on that subject. The atmosphere is always bright and clean, and the staff friendly 🙂
Kid-friendliness: Yes! They definitely accommodate kids with the food menu.
The pretzels were burnt and cold. The cheese was cold. We paid for extra cookie dough... there was only 3 in it. This place has gone down hill so bad. One time a server got our order wrong so we asked if she could fix it and she rolled her eyes. And mumbled something.
Ordered through the app so I didn't block the drive through. Got there at the pick up time and had to wait 20 minutes for the food with the blizzards melting because they gave me those right away. Got home and none of the extra toast I had paid for was in any of the 3 baskets. I tried calling and it took multiple calls to finally get someone to pick up and of course they couldn't refund the toast. They offered to have me come back but after working 12 hours the last thing you want to do is drive all the way back especially because I live a good 20 minutes away. Not worth it.

If you plan on eating here, go through the drive thru. It took over 30 mins to get our order inside while I watched over 10 vehicles pass through the drive thru. Food was cold by the time we got our complete order

Ordered 3 shakes on the app from across the street, as I thought it would be faster than ordering in store or at the drive through. I was given a 12 minute pickup estimate and was at the restaurant 3 minute after ordering. In total, we waited 22 minutes for 3 shakes that tasted like the inside of a freezer. 8 cars from the drive through got their order before us. 5 of those cars ordered after we arrived at the restaurant. What's the point of the app, and what's the point of an estimated pickup time? Clearly the app is not faster for anyone. App orders clearly do not get prioritized or put in before in-person orders. Whats the point of paying $18 for 3 shakes that taste like freezer burn? Mine went in the trash.
This location is always slower than expected, but this is ridiculous.

They didn't have oreo's for the milk shake we wanted. And the banana split had really small portions of ice cream. But if you can overlook that everything else was good.
