****EDIT: The owner got ahold of me via text, and explained the fault was with DoorDash. Refunded me my entire amount. ***** Ordered delivery from this location twice. First time, no problems- I get it delivered to my job(a warehouse) with specific instructions. Post same instructions second time on both the app delivery notes AND Door Dash delivery notes. Driver claims site says she MUST hand it to me and because I couldn’t walk away from the other end of the building to receive it, she had to take it back to the store. I told her, READ THE DELIVERY NOTES. She apologized and stopped responding. Store never called me back to retry delivery before closing time, etc. I call them the next day and asked for a refund since I understand it’s not entirely their fault but…I never received the food. Got told I’d get a refund and a call or text from owner. Did not receive either. Tried multiple times to contact “Dickey’s” via their contact us form, general questions form, and their “how’d we do?” Form. Every time I try to submit the page “freezes” and never actually submits it. Is this how business is run for them???

Polish was fine, staff was fine, BRISKET was cut WITH the grain, very thick, and HELLA DRY. Please teach/learn how to cut the meats. Mashed a HUGE difference on eating experience and quality of the bite.
