Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but when it’s this bad; I think something needs to be said so that the owners might wake up and maybe invest in either better management or getting some training.

When reviews are piling up, you have to start to wonder what’s up…

For us, we ordered and waited a full hour. We are at a normal address with no issues on any of the map programs. Our address was entered correctly. The driver still got lost, gave up, then we were told they’d try again an hour and 15 min past the time…

Husband called to chat, there was no interest in working something out, not even an apology. Just told they’re busy and they had their gal head out again… He tried to suggest that maybe they could do something and was simply told it’s on its way.

Here we are almost 90 min and the pizza finally arrived thankfully. We were just about to leave to go get food somewhere else. Super disappointed in how this situation was handled.

Recently deleted my 5 star review. We went to get a pizza on Sept.30, from the parking lot the female employee was vaping out the back door, came in and without washing her hands went right back to work. It took them forever to help my husband at the counter and our pizza was burnt. Not sure if they were having an off day or what, but it was BAD

My husband picked up our order. The slice I chose has a heart-shaped sausage piece💓 They created my pie with love. They're shorthanded, calling all who are looking for work to apply!

We placed an order online. We picked it up and when I got home I realized our chicken Caesar salad was expired by a four days. I brought it back and asked for a new one, no big deal accidents happen. But what irritated me is they did not have one in date. I was offered a garden salad and while I was contemplating if my daughter would eat it the gal started giving me attitude. I said never mind I’d like a refund I was told I’ll have to refund your debit card (this is same as cash mind you not credit) which will appear in 5-7 days and erring the rest of your order. I said what if I don’t have another xxx Amount of money to pay for this order twice? She said it’s not her deal it’s the companies policy. Or you could just keep the salad as the lettuce doesn’t look bad. I stated you are correct the lettuce isn’t terrible but your attitude certainly is and I do not want to eat chicken past its expiration date. I paid in cash so feel free to refund the price of the salad at anytime. If I had the rest of the food with me I’d be returning it as well

I ordered delivery and got the notification that it had been delivered, but the food never got delivered. I called the store and the manager said that it had already been delivered. I could hear her in the background speaking to one of the employees asking about it. When she found out it had been delivered to the wrong address she asked if I would wait another 45 minutes or would I want a refund. Keep in mind I waited an hour for them to tell me that it would be another hour. Later in the week I ordered again and this time they forgot one of my pizzas. At this point I’m done with that location. If I order again I’m probably not going to tip the driver until the order is delivered in a timely manner and the order is correct.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I go into the store no one says hi or greets you and they all just put around while you stand and wait to pick up food. I’ve had to flag ppl down most of the time just to get someone to acknowledge me. And when they deliver it takes well over an hour from the time you order until the time it arrives. They lied about when their driver left and he didn’t show up until 25 minutes after they said he was in the way. Manager and customers were extremely rude when I called to ask what was going on and then they told me to get over it and hung up on me. Horrible horrible place.

I've ordered from this specific location a few times now. Order has always been correct, and they have always been quick.

Decent pizza and bread bites. We did Carry out and it was relatively quick

Something is wrong at this location. Pizza showed “quality check” in the app after an hour. Called, they said it was out for delivery. I asked to cancel and they said, “Don’t have an attitude.” And hung up on me. Ordered pizzas here often, never again. Hire new staff.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and son came in to pick up our order tonight not only were they treated so well the employees made my toddlers night. Aside from the amazing customer service fhe pizza was cooked perfectly. Best location in the valley by far.
