I go daily to this stand and I look forward to doing so! As a regular, Harrison, Derek, and Fiona are just a few of the broistas who really know how to make me feel special! I enjoy chatting with them, and, as an introvert, that is saying something! I appreciate how many of the broistas know my name and my drink, and they make it deliciously perfect each time.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros; however, the Star location is the only one I always have issues with. I usually avoid this one, but today was busy so I stopped here on my way home. As expected, the gentleman taking our order seemed to be distracted, so we had to repeat our order several times. When we paid for our order I used rewards for one of our large drinks, but they were put towards the medium. So, I lost rewards points and still paid extra.
Once we got to the window, our order was read back to us, and again, it was incorrect. We had to repeat our order three more times, at which point we were assured our order would be corrected. Unfortunately, our order was still incorrect and only received 1 correct drinks out of the 3 we ordered. Two of them were supposed to be Gingerbread Frost coffee, with an added shot of espresso, but we got Vanilla shakes instead. My husband wanted to have them fix it, but at that point I was over repeating myself just to have our order messed up every time.

Usually a really great location, however the drink I ordered was made wrong (I ordered a horchata iced latte which has white chocolate, cinnamon, and carmel and it didn't have any sweetners or syrup in it what so ever. Just coffee and milk) and I can't find anyway to contact them to try and make it right and I can't go back today to talk to them in person. It's just really frustrating and upsetting. The baristas are all wonderful so I'm not upset at them and mistakes happen, but the fact that there no way to reach out about mistakes on that app or otherwise sucks.

The drinks are good but the girl serving was sick trying to keep snot from running down her face that’s disgusting you shouldn’t be at work or serving food if you’re that sick.

Waited more than 30 min at walk in window. Then another 15 min just waiting for order to be made. Then got the drink. Wasn't please how little soft top was put on. Then got told I get two scoops otherwise it be extra charge. Excuse me coffee you guys over priced then to be extra to get little more soft top. Good bye. First time here will be the last. They need learn customer service like rest of the treasure valley Dutch bros
