This business deserves a 5 star review. The sushi is always excellent and by far the best I have found in Idaho. It’s curbside only and super fast. They even made the shrimp tempura fresh to order. The prices are good, and they only email me coupons.
The customer service is unmatched. They always answer the phone immediately and respectfully.
I cannot recommend enough that you give this place a chance as it is truly a great addition to Star. The entrepreneurial gusto is much appreciated.

Ok, consider me IMPRESSED. Upon arrival I was like “ummmmm where are we!?” But this is such a cool concept. I prefer not sitting down in a restaurant currently as I have an unpredictable 2 y/o that sometimes has no chill. Take out is best for us. I was stoked when I saw an ad in the Middleton paper saying there was sushi available in Star. We ordered 5 different rolls on the square ordering site. Our order was brought out just a few mins after we arrived. The presentation was excellent, the rolls all tasted like they had top tier fresh ingredients and the variety was great. I consider myself a bit of a sushi snob as I have lived in some of the best culinary cities in America. 10/10 recommend. I almost didn’t want to review and tell everyone how great it is for selfish reason like having to wait long next time hahah. I hope this place sticks around, it’s a great addition to the food selection between Star and Middleton.

This is the only sushi I have found to be worth eating in all of Idaho, I’m used to fresh fish from the coast and have been unimpressed with sushi, until I found this place! I drive 35 mins each way to get this sushi and it is worth it!!!

This sushi place is so delicious! It’s pick-up only, and definitely a local gem. Love having a sushi place right here in Star! Our whole family loved it. If you like spicy, highly recommend the Hot Jalarrano Roll. All their sauces are great, also.

His establishment is not a ritzy, fine dining experience so don't expect that kind of service. What Idaho Sushi does well is what matters most: provide YUMMY, high quality sushi at an amazing price. Plus, I always get coupons in my inbox so oftentimes I get an even better deal. You can't go wrong with Idaho Sushi. Thank you Jason and staff!
