Ok, consider me IMPRESSED. Upon arrival I was like “ummmmm where are we!?” But this is such a cool concept. I prefer not sitting down in a restaurant currently as I have an unpredictable 2 y/o that sometimes has no chill. Take out is best for us. I was stoked when I saw an ad in the Middleton paper saying there was sushi available in Star. We ordered 5 different rolls on the square ordering site. Our order was brought out just a few mins after we arrived. The presentation was excellent, the rolls all tasted like they had top tier fresh ingredients and the variety was great. I consider myself a bit of a sushi snob as I have lived in some of the best culinary cities in America. 10/10 recommend. I almost didn’t want to review and tell everyone how great it is for selfish reason like having to wait long next time hahah. I hope this place sticks around, it’s a great addition to the food selection between Star and Middleton.Dietary restrictions: You can easily eat here if you are vegetarian, dairy free, or gluten free.

This is the only sushi I have found to be worth eating in all of Idaho, I’m used to fresh fish from the coast and have been unimpressed with sushi, until I found this place! I drive 35 mins each way to get this sushi and it is worth it!!!

This sushi place is so delicious! It’s pick-up only, and definitely a local gem. Love having a sushi place right here in Star! Our whole family loved it. If you like spicy, highly recommend the Hot Jalarrano Roll. All their sauces are great, also.

Was driving nearby so ordered a roll on my way home. Was quite surprised at the location, called the number and was met but the owner who couldn't have been anymore kind and welcoming. The roll was awesome heading back there in a few minutes. This will be my go-to for my sushi fixes for sure!

Great Sushi!!! Its pick up or delivery only. If you pick up, its located in the baseball field snack shack. Yes, a little different, but it was very good!!! Fresh and tasty!!

I am so happy I can get QUALITY sushi right here in Star! Jason is an incredible itamae (skilled sushi chef) and artisan. His establishment is not a ritzy, fine dining experience so don't expect that kind of service. What Idaho Sushi does well is what matters most: provide YUMMY, high quality sushi at an amazing price. Plus, I always get coupons in my inbox so oftentimes I get an even better deal. You can't go wrong with Idaho Sushi. Thank you Jason and staff!

I haven’t ordered from here sooner because of the location, the snack stand at the ball park? But I’m sad it took me so long because the food was absolutely delicious! Service was quick and the pick up was so easy! I’m sure we will be frequent
