Came in tonight with my son about 7:30 after a long day at work and a meeting at night. The two young men working there were two of the nicest and hardest working people I have me in a long time. While we were there I saw them help three other customers. Every single customer was treated with respect and a smile. They worked hard and were extremely efficient. Super impressed with their hard work. I am also leaving a comment on the Jersey Mike’s website. And the sandwiches were amazing as always.

The sandwiches are always good, no exceptions. BUT… 8-10 times (yes, we counted) anything you order for delivery is flat out wrong. Does it matter to put “special instructions” on your order? It’s obvious no one reads the online order. Just tonight, all 3 sandwiches were prepared wrong. If you want it right, go inside and order.
