Good tacos when and if they are ever open! We asked last week their hours and he assured us M-F 11:30 - 5:30. I said , "Yeah, Right!" Guess what, big surprise, not open today (Tuesday 11:45am). Their hours are if and when they decide to get out of bed that day. 6 cars waiting. Very frustrating. On to El Mariachi Loco.

Drove all the way here about 20 mins because Google says they're open and it's 430 and they're closed.Edit: this was originally a 1 star review. After having their food, I will say, this is my new go to spot. Best Mexican food I've had in a while. Yall need to fix your hours, but ya made it up with the quality food and fast service ??

Good food just very unreliable on when they will open. If you open at 11:30 than open at 11:30. Not 12 or 12:30.

Prices were fair, but the food was very average... maybe not even that? My brother and I were just a little disappointed, but we know the difference between authentic Mexican food and fast food dining. Service was good, it's a beautiful building but the food was just very average, and not very freshly cooked.

Id say 5 star taco truck in star idaho but they hardly ever open and when they do takes forever to get your food if your patient its good place for some tacos!

First timer at this taco truck and I can guarantee I will be back. Coming from the Bay Area, we were lucky to be near so many great Mexican food trucks that we were looking to find our own here in Star and I think we found the one. The gentleman who took our order was extremely nice and friendly. We got a beef burrito, carnitas quesadilla, beef tacos and chorizo tacos. The beef was very juicy and tasty. The carnitas were some of the best I've ever had. I am kind of a chorizo snob so when I saw that they made chorizo tacos, I had to have them and they did not disappoint. Sometimes chorizo can be overly greasy and dripping but these were not at all. They were cooked to perfection! This truck will be our go to moving forward and we can't wait to take our friends here to try it. Great service, great food, and great prices. 10/10 would recommend!!

The food is good. Great when comparing to other Mexican food in the area which seems to be subpar. However, they changed their hours, so they don't open until 11:30 which is inconvenient and they didn't even post their updated hours on the truck or on here. I updated the hours. They still don't open on time. It's 11:40 and not open. What is going on? I wish there was a number to contact owner.Update: Well, it's 12:45pm on a Wednesday and they're not open. No note or updated hours posted.
