Extremely slow, Waited almost 40 minutes for four items with almost nobody. It was 1230 at night so it was pretty dead but still took almost 40 minutes. Literally would be quicker to drive to Eagle eat there and drive back.

Threatened to call the police on me.
Very disappointed with the Customer Service and professionalism in the drive-thru this morning. A busy Friday morning and the line backed all the way up to the ordering terminals. I was next in line, and the lady chose to bypass me and I listened while she took the order of the other car first that had arrived after me.
I waited, and then another car pulled up to that window, using the McDonald’s app for the deals, and she took their order. Well, she must have paused mid order for them, because she came back and mistakenly asked me “ok Larry what kind of mccafe did you want?” I responded “I’m not Larry.” “Ok, hold on a minute” she said. And went back and finished Larry’s order. Then she came to me, and asked what can I get you? I asked “What’s going on?” And before I could get another sentence out to ask, why she had skipped me twice in a row, back to back (and without delay between those 2 orders by the way) she heard my frustrated tone and cut me off with “Get out of my line. They don’t pay me enough” then she took another order from the other line. That’s 3 now. I waited. I hadn’t said another word. Then she came back and said, are you gonna get out of my line or am I going to have to call the police?
You can’t make this stuff up.
I worked at McDonalds for 5 years from a teen till 20. I handled upset customers more times than I can count. It’s part of the job. And threatening to call the police because she didn’t like my tone? I had spoken 2 short sentences. Unreal.

I DoorDash hear constantly and they are so slow and inattentive. Other McDonalds are a lot better and this one is just a not good staff that is almost dissociative to a degree. The atmosphere feels like a corporate office.

I've gone here since they first opened years ago. At first I was asked to pull forward to wait for me order to be prepared, I didn't think much of it since they were new and probably just working out the kinks. Well its been years now and it's always rhe same thing, there's a huge pile up if cars waiting for their order. The food is fine, what you'd expect from McDonald's and I've never had an issue with getting the wrong order. They just always are backed up.

I like you people do you hate me? Every time I come there, actually any McDonald’s, the fillet of fish is so badly assembled. All of the sauce is oozed into the box on one side. The other side has no sauce. And the cheese on it covers about a quarter of the bun. Should I order it with extra cheese? That’s fine please somebody answer. Why is this sandwich such a mess every time I get it?

How is it possible to mess up a plain cheeseburger? Idk ask the workers here. Genuinely it’s as if nobody at this place was trained. The inability to understand basic requests and lack of knowledge for the menu alone is absurd. Why don’t you bring in someone that’s worked in a McDonald’s to train these people holy crap ridiculous truly.

They screw up roughly 50% of our orders. Without fail they screw up the happy meal order in some way. It's just a cheeseburger with ketchup and an extra patty. Every single time they add something that shouldn't be there or in today's case they charge us for the extra patties and they're not on the kids meals or in the bag. This is the 3rd time we've order an extra patty and have not received it.

Waited half an hour in the pickup spot for a happy meal. Was not able to cancel mobile order after waiting 30 minutes because it was “being prepared”. No one inside to talk to, everyone in the lobby waiting around. Finally got tired of waiting and left without ever receiving food or refund.

Waited forever today along with everyone in there. Taking 30 plus min and manager that was there showed zero care for the people who were waiting and upset. She just went about her day no im sorry to people getting refunds nothing. This one is not ran well they have always had a bit of delays but today was horrible.

Did not get everything I ordered. I even asked the guy if I got the sauce for the nuggets and he said yes. I did not. Didn't get the nuggets either. How come McDonald's always shorts you. You ever got more than you ordered? No me neither. Now I have to figure out if it's worth it to go back or just tell my family member to suck it up and starve.
