This place IS THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE ther food has PLASTIC IN IT AND ITS NOT GOOD QUALITY IM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

If I would have known it was going to take 20 minutes or more to have my food brought out to me mobile order curbside pickup I would have probably just went through the drive-thru. It seems to drive through is more favored than mobile order curbside pickup

My husband and I sat in the drive thru for an hour and when we finally got to the window we were asked to pull forward because they needed to make more cheese burgers. There were about 10 customers served while we were waiting so we assumed they forgot about us since 20 minutes had also passed.
We decided to go into the restaurant to try and talk to a team member but when we got inside everyone was back in the kitchen and we weren’t able to catch the attention of any employee so we just left.
This isn’t my first poor experience with this McDonalds location, they have probably gotten my order wrong more times than they’ve gotten it right.

Complete transparency, I quit eating fast food years ago but my elderly father loves their frappe more than any other, so I force myself to go here. The Star, Idaho location, however has the slowest service of any McDonald's I've EVER visited. The line is always backed up, taking 10-20+ minutes to order and get your food. I've seen many drivers leave frustrated without ever getting to the window (myself included). I thought I would escape the wait and ordered using their online app - still had to wait 5 minutes, just for a mocha frappe, upon arriving and going inside to pick up. Dread needing to go here.

Staff obnoxiously yelling out order numbers or tossing a bag of food on the counter. Sure doesn't make me want to eat the food they are preparing.
It's like Lord of the Flies is running this place.

ordered a mcdouble meal, comes with 4 nuggets only got 3. that’s not a big deal just there’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order when i come here. one time i was waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. also every single time i ask for extra ranch they just put 2. even if i say extra extra, its the same. not good service here.

I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times and had to wait for 25 mins , both inside, and in drive thru, for an ice tea. I had to park , go inside and still wait. Sadly they are under staffed. Sometimes a handwritten note , “the lobby is closed because of lack of staff” is on the door. The drive thru is jammed with people waiting. Please get some
help as we , locally, would love to come here more often…..

I was in waiting in line for over 20 minutes with only five cars in front of me and they couldn't move the line fast enough and then change the menus from breakfast to regular right as I pulled up my car and then denied me breakfast but I had been waiting for 25 minutes for. Never this eating at this location again. Terrible customer service that's not how you do business.
