I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms with thin crust. It was the worst pizza. I paid 60 cents for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese on my pizza. The crust tasted like I was eating cardboard or at least that is what the texture felt like. I have given this Pizza Hut two tries and both times my pizza was horrible.
The young man who works the front is very nice and kind. I appreciated his service.

We’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut on several occasions. The people who work here are incredibly kind and professional. Whenever we go to pick up, they show us our pizzas first and make sure it looks okay before we take it with us. I recently made a mistake when ordering, and when they showed me my pizza, they fixed the issue right away, even though it was my mistake. The restaurant is clean, the people are friendly, and the food is exactly what you would expect.

We ordered take out and not delivery (many negative reviews seem to be about delivery so we dint risk it) our own was on time and had everything we ordered. The Pepperoni pizza and breadsricks were what we expected in quality with the cheese pizza being a bit below but not bad.
I ordered off the app, never got my soda delivered. I tried to call, nobody answered for 5 calls. And there’s nowhere on the app or website to report a missing item for refund. Poor service and attention to detail. Same thing happened to my neighbor, and nothing was done to make it right after the fact

Yesterday we ordered our dinner with a 2 liter starry and only got a 20oz and today when we ordered our dinner with a 2 liter starry and didn’t get anything. Very unhappy and would like to receive all the items we order and paid for when ordering here.

I don’t typically leave reviews for chain restaurants but this Pizza Hut in Star deserves 5 stars. The pizza is always so good compared to other locations, delivery is fast and staff is always so friendly.
