Our first time eating here and it was AMAZING. The bread appetizer was excellent way to start. And the pepperoni pizza DIDN'T disappoint. The crust had just the right amount of crisp and chewy consistency. The tomato sauce had just the right amount of tang, and had a very fresh flavor! We will definitely be coming back!
We love to go to Proof. We are always satisfied with the quality of food and their service is impeccable. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. We haven’t tried eating outdoors as yet but we find the indoor dining to be cozy and even when it is crowded, you can still carry on a conversation without raising your voice. Just love their pizza and sandwich selections. Very yummy! We also enjoy the mimosas and IPA choices.
My husband and I were actually turned away on a Tuesday at 5 pm. They told us that the only thing available were the high top bar chairs. We are seniors and my husband just had knee surgery and was walking with a walker. We told them he couldn't get on a high chair right now. My husband asked why there were so many free tables and the place was only about half full.
