Great little place in Star! Very nice atmosphere. I've been in for dinner, which was delicious, but it has probably become our favorite place for breakfast. Good service, and the food is delicious with decent portion sizes.

We had our Company Christmas party here. The staff was absolutely the best! Beautiful dinning room, fantastic drinks! My favorite was the Pickle fries sooo yummy! We will definitely return ! Thank you from Bordertown Coffee crew❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚

My wife and I had dinner on Friday evening. The atmosphere was decent. The design of the restaurant was well done.
The service was sub optimal. The hostess tried to seat us right in front of the door and when we asked to sit in another area away from the cold she rolled her eyes and told us to sit wherever. She proceeded to do this with every table that came in after us.
Our server didn't know what scotch was, claiming they didn't carry scotch.
We had a big pretzel as an appetizer, which was amazing. We both ordered prime rib, loaded baked potato, and salad.
Our server brought the salads about 3 minutes after the pretzel arrived, the. Our prime ribs about 5 minutes after that. He clearly needs to be trained as to how a dinner service should be conducted.
The steaks were good.
If you're looking for a steakhouse with minimal wait times close to your house in Star, Rustic Table is a good choice. Just be prepared for mediocre service.

We have dined at Rustic Table on two occasions and both times service was very slow. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind extremely slow service, then this won't be an issue.
Our waiter was very kind and attentive. I had a special request and he made it happen. I appreciate the extra effort.
My steak was cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point. My husband ordered a side of brussel sprouts. I love brussel sprouts and these were some of the best I've ever had!
Bartender who brought our drinks didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Made it awkward. That's why I gave 5 stars instead of 5.

We had a party of four on a Saturday night at 7 and we were able to get in and get a table easily. We had prime rib, the Louisiana ribs and steak. All of our sides and dinner we're very good and we will be returning to try lots of other things on the menu. I had the bacon maple adult beverage which was a maple bourbon with a slice of maple bacon. It was perfectly delicious.

My son and I had breakfast at Rustic Table this morning, this was our first visit. I had the chicken fried steak, it's something I don't bother to cook at home so my expectations tend to be high! The food & portions were great, I can't speak to their dinner or lunch menu but if like a hardy breakfast you should definitely give it a try. The picture here didn't include the biscuits and gravy that also came with my meal!
We door dashed it. Calamari had great flavor. Bet it's really good fresh to a table and not for delivery..... but I figured so, and I'm not complaining. I would order again, just in house. Rest of the food was fine. Meatloaf, potatoes, salad, veggies. All good. BUT...... whoever made the call to put a paper liner in a to go box should probably reassess. It soaked up all the juice from my food and peeled off all over in it, so that was a bummer. But we'd eat there again. Good food. Timely.
