Waited 15 min on my lunch for my food, got back to work realizing they only made a six inch instead of a footlong, had to wait a additional 5-10 min to get the rest of my sandwich spent my whole lunch waiting for something I can’t even eat for 5 hrs now.

I don't think I'll ever order food for take-out here again. The food isn't bad, but it seems they go hard on the skimp or make it too fast. I ordered a footlong vege with EXTRA mayo and EXTRA veggies and the picture attached is what I opened up when I got home. At least when ordering in person you can guide them a bit better.

I used to really like subway but it seems like these days they can’t get an online order right. To me the best part of a subway sandwich is when it is nice and warm so I always want it to be toasted. The last two times I’ve done an online order my sandwich’s have not been toasted. It’s seams like the workers are not toasting the to go sandwich’s to save time. I would rather take my service anywhere else.

Tried this place three times on the app, and all three times were wrong. Missing ingredients first time. Switched ingredients on next. Who wants hot peppers on tuna?! Not toasted and missing third meat on last. Only comment from customer service was 'Thanks, we'll pass this to our training team.' Lame. Three times, three fails. Last time the woman looked put-out when I asked her if it was correct because last two had errors. Why have a fourth? There's now a new sandwich place opening in town.

We tried being friendly to the people that work there, and they were just downright zombies. Would hardly look at us. Then I asked for a tiny bit of mayonnaise and a tiny bit of mustard. When he slathered it with sauce, he just rubbed it in instead of taking some off. Most of the containers were partway empty, and nothing looked fresh.I’ve been going to Subway for probably 25 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. I’m only writing this for the owners to see, because. If it was my business, I would wanna know.
