Tried this place three times on the app, and all three times were wrong. Missing ingredients first time. Switched ingredients on next. Who wants hot peppers on tuna?! Not toasted and missing third meat on last. Only comment from customer service was 'Thanks, we'll pass this to our training team.' Lame. Three times, three fails. Last time the woman looked put-out when I asked her if it was correct because last two had errors. Why have a fourth? There's now a new sandwich place opening in town.

We tried being friendly to the people that work there, and they were just downright zombies. Would hardly look at us. Then I asked for a tiny bit of mayonnaise and a tiny bit of mustard. When he slathered it with sauce, he just rubbed it in instead of taking some off. Most of the containers were partway empty, and nothing looked fresh.I’ve been going to Subway for probably 25 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. I’m only writing this for the owners to see, because. If it was my business, I would wanna know.

Love the staff there. They are always trying to do their best despite being very understaffed. The staff at this location deserve all the tips and patience they can get. They work hard to master the art of sandwich making, only to get paid $4.75 over the State of Idaho's minimum pay wage.

No gluten free options whatsoever, even though its advertised locally. Very disappointed. Tables were clean and staff was overworked but friendly.
It's a subway dude... it was chill. Quick service. They were friendly, I just got sun chips and a soda but it was still coo. Idk what else to say ?♂️

absolutely unbelievable it took me 35 minutes to get two sandwiches out of the door they argued about who was going to toast and how long it was going to get toasted for and one guy it was training Day I mean I'm talking about the movie training Day this guy put three pieces of onion on it and thought it was all good the person was supposed to be in charge said he didn't want to be there and he was half asleep I could tell unbelievably bad Jesus gentlemen do better

I used to order the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, but it's so gross now since they started adding teriyaki sauce to their sweet onion sauce. Very disappointed.i now only order a Turkey sandwich . Which is still pretty disappointing since their bread is always hard. I usually go to blimpie because they have really soft bread. And better ingredients like sweet peppers.
