I ordered a gluten free entree and asked if they had gluten free soy sauce (Completely understood if unavailable) and the person in the front went to ask the back and i over heard a comment made by a staff member that “Well, we will find out.” I find this very inappropriate as I have an allergy to gluten. The front gave me some soy sauce and after barely glancing at the label, it said it had gluten in it.

I’ll drive to another TMAD before eating here again. I’ve given it several tries assuming it was just a new location but there were 8 groups waiting for food tonight. I even ordered ahead knowing they are always behind making food on time and I came in after my order said it would be ready. There were 6 teens working all chatting and and leaning against the counters which may explain it. One lady came out for a second to say something and then walked away. I was hoping she would check on order times, but no. I wanted to be excited about it going in to Star, but it is a disappointment.

I was not impressed. In fact, I was so unimpressed that I had forgotten that I went to eat there with my son. And then I went again with my husband and once I got in the place I realized I had been there before. The food is mediocre. It's not bad but I can't exactly recommend it. It's an order at the counter type restaurant so not much service and not much atmosphere. I really didn't like this one. It fades into the other 100 or so Asian restaurants in the valley that offer a bowl with rice and protein and a few vegetables.

I love Teriyaki Madness. I like how you can get a power bowl with just meat and veggies. Everything is really tasty and when you order on the app, it's so convenient to just go and pick it up and it's ready and waiting. Other than the sugar in the sauce, it's pretty healthy. So happy they are in Star now.

I always order the junior chicken teriyaki bowl (it has what appears to be the same amount of chicken but less rice). I love it with the brown rice and a couple of egg rolls which are also delicious.
If you don't like waiting, use the app to order online. Online orders are filled very quickly!
This is a new location and we are thrilled to have one so close to home. Nice people, great food, good service.

This place is awful. Second time I’ve ordered a bowl and the rice isn’t even cooked. Completely crunchy. I thought the first time might be a fluke, but no. I ate the chicken and threw the rest away. A complete waste. Never again.
Food was fantastic. Did not let us down!!! My husband loved the spicy chicken. Smelled and tasted fantastic.

Gluten Free delicious tasting choices. This is my 3rd time to order the teriyaki chicken with brown rice and veggies. The chicken in this order had more fat than my last two orders but was still flavorful, tender and generous portions. The brown rice was excellent as usual. The vegetables were good with the exception of the broccoli which tasted a bit odd, like the oil used was possibly old, but all the other veggies were flavorful. The Teriyaki sauce is Gluten Free and the best tasting I've had. I will be ordering again!
