Konditorei Restaurant is a true gem! Authentic European dishes, delicious pastries, and beautifully presented meals make every visit special. Service was to notch from beginning to end. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. The food was delicious and the pastry selection was huge, beautiful and pure proverbial eye-candy. We ordered both types of crepes, two different coffees, and a breakfast dish consisting of two eggs prepared with gruyere and herbs de Provence with bacon and toast. Everything we tried was amazing. We also tried the ham and cheese croissant, the cheese Danish, and we picked up a red velvet cake to go, along with a pair of fruit tarts with extra gold foil on top. Decadent!

Very disappointing experience. The service was horrible from start to finish. We came with a larger group, and the staff was completely unprepared to accommodate us. They were unable to make a table ready for a larger group, even though this should be a basic part of restaurant service. There was poor communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to find a solution. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for groups or events.

We came to this restaurant to have breakfast and celebrate my sister’s wedding anniversary as a family of eight. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was extremely rude and unwelcoming.
First, we were left waiting over an hour and a half just to be seated. The staff then insisted that our family sit separately. When we politely declined, they reluctantly pushed small tables together in a careless and uncomfortable way.
What made the experience even worse was the clear discrimination. Customers who arrived after us and were American were given better tables and faster service, while we were ignored. It was humiliating and very upsetting, especially since this was supposed to be a happy family celebration.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Disrespectful service and apparent racism are completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to others

Konditorei is the best a 100% the best place to have an amazing coffee and breakfast. The baristas are extremely helpful and friendly, well trained. David is making the best latte arts and coffees overall, but however all of them are amazing Teodora, Dominik, Maria and Brandy. We were eating the Pork schnitzel sandwich, Austrian schnitzel waffle and the lemon mascarpone coffee, everything 10/10. We had an amazing service starting from the hostess Kristina, very adorable young lady, then our server probably the best in house Carolina and the rest of the stuff. All things considered, Konditorei is a place that will stay in your memories forever. ❤️

Konditorei is such a cozy and welcoming spot! I often come here for both lunch and coffee, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Maria and Dominik in particular make amazing coffee every time. The pastries are not only beautiful but also delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Definitely one of my favorite places in Sun Valley!
